• Stays of more than 7 nights are calculated pro rata the weekly rate.
• A surcharge of 1.35% is incurred when paying by credit card.  No charge for debit cards

TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

• All rooms are offered subject to being available on receipt of confirmation & deposit
• Provisional reservations will be held for up to 7 days upon request
• No allowance can be made for meals and/or accommodation not taken during the period booked
• Final account is payable on arrival
• Guests causing damage to hotel property (including accidental damage) will be charged for its replacement or repair.   The person making the booking will be liable.

CANCELLATION CHARGES

When you book a UK holiday you are entering into a legally binding agreement and you can be charged for a holiday you cancel or cut short for whatever reason.  Our cancellation charges are as follows:

56 days or more prior to arrival	Deposit
55 to 49 days	30%
48 to 22 days	60%
21 to 8	70%
7 days to 1 day prior to arrival	90%
Day of arrival or later	100%

Many people now hold holiday insurance that would cover the above liability, however if you do not, we can supply details of a scheme that might be of interest to you.
