Superior Room

Refurbished in 2009 our Superior Room offers more space, a 5' bed, fridge and freesat flatscreen tv.  The Superior supplement is £3 per person per night.

  • Stays of more than 7 nights are calculated pro rata the weekly rate.
  • A surcharge of 1.35% is incurred when paying by credit card.  No charge for debit cards

 

      TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

  • All rooms are offered subject to being available on receipt of confirmation & deposit  
  • Provisional reservations can be held for up to 7 days upon request
  • No allowance can be made for meals and/or accommodation not taken during the period booked
  • Final account is payable on arrival
  • Guests causing damage to hotel property (including accidental damage) will be charged for its replacement or repair.   The person making the booking will be liable.
  • We reserve the right to refuse/cancel reservations for children under 16 made online or through third parties or third party websites.  Claims for refund of any deposit/booking fee must be made to the third party.

  

CANCELLATION CHARGES

When you book a UK holiday you are entering into a legally binding agreement and you can be charged for a holiday you cancel or cut short for whatever reason.  Our cancellation charges are as follows:

Many people now hold holiday insurance that would cover the above liability, however if you do not, we can supply details of a scheme that might be of interest to you.
